My Dearest Leonard:
I have an awful headache tonight, but nothing is going to stop me from writing to you dear. Just thinking about you as usual. It is getting worse from day to day. I feel lonesome as a prisoner in solitary confinement.
I hope dear, that you are as true to me as I am toward you.
Please come to see me again dear on Tuesday evening. I just wanted to write this short letter to tell you, that I love you more than ever. And I am going straight to bed and shall think of you which I think of you every night. Good night dear.
With love, ALICE
