Dear Leonard:

I received one of your sweet letters today. You have the correct phone number for me but please don't call me.

Len, Dear, am never disapointed with you. I do love you, You stay there, dear, with your pal. I love your lettters and I also pal. I love your letters and I also love my boy. I hope my letters cheer you up. I certainly going to keep my promises to you. Len, I am true to you. A nice little chap came here the other day and wanted a date but I refused, because I have one boy I love a lot. You always take care of your Alice. You always make me happy, love dove. I shall always love you and especially if you belong to me.

A friend of mine has such a nice little home, a pretty little bedroom with twin beds. Can't we have them? But I suppose we shall never have such luck. I would do anything as long as you were happy. I wish that I was with you. You spoke in a letter of the last evening you were with me. I dream of you every night. I will be better when I get away from New Rochelle as most of my friends live here.

I am evening a poem that I hope you like. Answer soon, Mother and Father send best wishes. Thanks for the souvenir book. Lots of hugs, kisses.

(Signed)
ALICE.
