Dear Friend,
Feeling very sick but first wanted to drop you a few lines to let you no, that I have received your telegram, this morning, rather surprised to hear that you are in Seattle Washington, why so close and did not come into N. Y. I am heart Broken over this case, as I hate to be mean, toward you. Get off your mind, about me coming out to Arizona, or any other place as I will never, will. If you are as mean as what you are to stay so long from me and now going to remain all winter. You can GO for good, as I ask for one thing, FORGET me completely. As I will after forget you. I love you, Leonard. And gotten to love you MORE and MORE but I shall give you one fair chance, before we BOTH PART. You can come back, some way and marry or either you will never see me again as its come to this and it shall after be kepted still for your part. Well Len, I shake hands, good-by And I am afraid, this will be my LAST letter. Hope you luck, And safe trip, And keep in best of healh, And hope you have a happy future life the one your dad's wants you to have and be happy--
